The Freemasons Hall, Queen Street East, Sunderland is the oldest purpose built masonic hall in existence and is run by a company set up by the members to manage the building and to provide accommodation for Lodges and other Masonic Orders to meet.

We have included in the site some links to lodges and other Masonic bodies should you wish to explore further and we would be delighted to answer enquiries from you as to our business and Masonry in the Province of Durham.

These meet on various nights throughout the year. If you have any questions regarding them please contact us and we will attempt to answer your questions either as a mason wishing to make contact or even if you are not a mason and wish to enquire as to membership or indeed any matter of interest.
